Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na variabilitu počtu kopií a variabilitu lidského genomu. Popisuje obecné informace o variabilitě počtu kopií, fyziologickém fungování v organismu a možných typech dědičnosti. Dále se zabývá vybranými klinickými syndromy spjatými s variabilitou počtu kopií. V poslední části je zaměřena na prenatální a postnatální molekulární genetickou diagnostiku a léčbu.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on the copy number variation (CNV) and the variability of the human genome. Describes general information about copy number variations, physiological functioning in the body, and possible types of hereditary.
