Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce hodnotí vliv vhodných zdravotně kompenzačních konceptů na aktivitu hlubokého stabilizačního systému páteře u skupiny triatlonistek odlišné výkonnostní úrovně. Jedná se o kvalitativní výzkum s pomocí vytvoření kazuistických studií. Teoretická část kvalifikační práce obsahuje rešerše českých a zahraničních zdrojů zabývajících se danou problematikou. Najdete zde rovněž stručnou charakteristiku triatlonu a další informace týkající se tohoto sportu. Dále je tu popsána anatomie a funkce tělesného jádra, správné a vadné držení těla, diagnostické postupy a jednotlivé terapeutické koncepty ovlivňující aktivitu hlubokého stabilizačního systému páteře. Metodická část diplomové práce obsahuje tři kazuistické studie, které se zabývají tématem uvedeném v názvu práce. Jsou v ní představeny rozdíly mezi výsledky vstupních vyšetření všech probandek a výsledky po osmitýdenní terapeutické intervenci, která zahrnuje aktivační cvičení. Závěrečná část práce obsahuje shrnutí výsledků výzkumu a popis jeho přínosu.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis evaluates the influence of suitable health compensation concepts on the activity of the deep stabilization system of the spine in a group of triathletes of different performance levels. This is qualitative research with the help of case studies. The theoretical part of the qualification thesis contains searches of Czech and foreign sources dealing with the issue. You will also find a brief description of triathlon and other information about the sport. It also describes the anatomy and function of the body core, correct and defective posture, diagnostic procedures and individual therapeutic concepts affecting the activity of the deep stabilization system of the spine. Methodical part of the diploma thesis contains three case studies that deal with the topic mentioned in the title of the thesis. It presents the differences between the results of the initial examinations of all subjects and the results after an eight-week therapeutic intervention, which includes activation exercises. The final part of the thesis contains a summary of research results and a description of its benefits.
