Surface finishing processes of machining

Abstract:

Jedná se o literární rešerši z oblasti dokončovacích metod obrábění s cílem shromáždit aktuální informace v této problematice. Přínosem je seznámení s novými poznatky v daném odvětví. Práce čerpá jak z české literatury a článků tak i ze zahraniční, tak je tomu hlavně v oblasti vývoje metod. V úvodu prvé kapitoly jsou shrnuty účely dokončovacích metod a základní rozdělení podle principu zlepšení kvality povrchu. Dle toho je práce členěna do třech hlavní kapitol. První skupina obsahuje abrazivní metody, kdy dochází ke zlepšení kvality povrchu pomocí úběru materiálu. Mezi abrazivními metodami je zaznamenán vývoj nových nástrojů a řezných kapalin, dále je zde uveden vývoj v metodě honování a odjehličkování. Následující kapitola je věnována metodám bez úběru materiálu. Tedy metodám, kdy dochází k řízené plastické deformaci. Zde je například popsána nová optimalizace válečkování. Třetí kapitola obsahuje nekonvenční dokončovacích metody. Zejména elektrochemické metody, ale také metody pracující principu magnetismu. V závěru je stanovené shrnutí vývoje jednotlivých skupin.

Abstract:

This thesis is a literature search in the field of finishing methods of machining to gather current information in this field. The contribution is the introduction of new knowledge in the field. The thesis draws on Czech literature and articles as well as on foreign literature, especially in the field of method development. In the introduction of the first chapter, the purposes of finishing methods are summarized and the basic division according to the principle of surface quality improvement is presented. Accordingly, the thesis is divided into three main chapters. The first group contains abrasive methods, where surface quality improvement is achieved by material removal. Among the abrasive methods, the development of new tools and cutting fluids is noted, as well as developments in honing and deburring methods. The following chapter is devoted to methods without material removal. That is, methods where controlled plastic deformation takes place. Here, for example, a new optimisation of rolling is described. The third chapter contains unconventional finishing methods. In particular, electrochemical methods, but also methods operating on the principle of magnetism. Finally, a summary of the development of each group is provided
