Práce je věnovaná problematice rozvrstvení společenských vrstev v obci Sedlčany podle stratifikačního modelu. V teoretických kapitolách je vysvětlen základní pojmy jako jsou sociální stratifikace, stratifikační model, stratifikační kritéria a sociologie města.
