Management of historical military sites – their status, utilization and financing in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Abstrakt: Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat ekonomickou situaci muzea Hanička, popsat finanční stránky muzea a navrhnout potenciální řešení problémů. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První teoretická a historická popisuje všeobecně čs. opevnění, včetně popisu politické a hospodářské situace ve 30. letech a popisu muzea Hanička. V druhé části je aplikovaná horizontální analýza na výkazy zisků a ztrát a návrhy řešení. V závěru je pak shrnutí daného problému.

Abstract:

Abstract: The purpose of the thesis is to describe economical situation of Hanička museum - describe the financial aspects and give potential solutions of problems. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first describes the general theoretical Czechoslovak fortification, including description of political and economical situation in the 30. and a description of the Hanička museum. In the second part of the thesis is applied horizontal analysis of the profit and loss statements and draft of suggestions. In the end is a summary of the problem.
