Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu rizik vybraného start-up projektu. Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit rizikovost start-up projektu X-Tech conferences a navržení doporučení vedoucí ke snížení rizik. Vyhodnocení probíhalo na základě výsledků využitých analýz. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on the risk analysis of a selected start-up project. The aim of the work was to evaluate the risk of the start-up project X-Tech conferences and to propose recommendations leading to risk reduction. The evaluation was based on the results of the analyses used in the work such as SWOT, PEST, RIPRAN and What if. The results show that the project has significant potential …more
