Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá institutem dovolené v českém právním řádu. První část práce vymezuje pracovní právo a jeho hlavní znaky obecně. Hlavní část soustředí pozornost na dovolenou, její jednotlivé druhy, a vznik nároku zaměstnance na její čerpání, přičemž bere do úvahy také soulad s mezinárodním právem. This diploma thesis deals with the leave of absence in the Czech legal system. The first part of the thesis describes labour law in and its main features in general. The main part focuses on the leave of absence and its types as an official permission to be absent from work.
