The aim of the work is analysis of historical development in ownership of agricultural land in Czechoslovakia and its successor state ownership in the area of Czech Republic since 1918 until nowadays. Clarifies and evaluate land reforms since 1918 and restitution or sale of agricultural land after 1989.
