Diplomová práca je zameraná na analýzu systému riadenia nákladov v spoločnosti XYZ, a.s. v rokoch 2011-2014. V teoretickej časti je vymedzený význam nákladov v podnikovom riadení, a s tým spojené základné pojmy vrátane členenia nákladov podľa viacerých kritérií.
