The Rigorous Thesis deals with the legislation of civil liberties, especially with their embodiment in the Constitution of the Czechoslovak Republic of 1920. It is divided into four chapters. The first chapter characterises the constitutional order of the Czechoslovak Republic between 1918 and 1948.
