The use of balance aids in sport

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je svým obsahem zaměřena na představení balančních pomůcek a jejich využití ve sportu. Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvořit zásobník cviků na uvolnění, protažení a posílení s balančními pomůckami a jejich následné využití ve vybraných sportech. V kapitole teoretická východiska budou shrnuty dostupné informace k problematice balančního cvičení a současně budou charakterizována jednotlivá sportovní odvětví. Hlavní částí práce bude tvořit zásobník cviků a zároveň realizaci využití balančních pomůcek natočit na video a zpracovat jako video/multimediální materiál.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the presentation of balance aids and their use in sport. The aim of the thesis is to create a list of release exercises, stretching and strengthening with balancing aids and their subsequent use in selected sports. The theoretical background chapter will summarize available information on the problem of balancing exercises and at the same time will characterize the individual sports. The main part of the work will be a stack of exercises and at the same time realization of the use of balancing aids be recorded on video and processed as video / multimedia material.
