Creation of Internal Accounting Rules in a Selected Company

Abstract:

Cílem práce „Tvorba interních účetních směrnic ve vybraném podniku“ je zhodnocení teoretických východisek upravujících oblast vytváření interních účetních směrnic v České republice a Spojených státech amerických. Následně je analyzován systém vnitřních směrnic ve společnosti ABCtex, s. r. o. a úprava tohoto systému. Prvních pět kapitol se zaměřuje na předpisy upravující vytváření interních směrnic. V další kapitole je nastíněn účetní systém USA. V sedmé kapitole jsou uvedeny základní informace o společnosti a následně jsou analyzovány jejich interní směrnice a navrhnuta jejich úprava.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis "Creation of Internal Accounting Rules in a Selected Company" is to evaluate the theoretical background governing the creation of internal accounting directives in the Czech Republic and the United States of America. Subsequently, the system of internal directives in the company ABCtex, s. r. o. and the modification of this system are analysed. The first five chapters focus on the regulations governing the creation of internal directives. The next chapter outlines the US accounting system. Chapter seven provides background information on the company and then analyses their internal guidelines and proposes a modification.
