Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku supervize v oblasti práce všeobecné sestry. V práci prezentuji supervizi jako techniku, která může vést k prevenci syndromu vyhoření. V teoretické části blíže definuji profesi všeobecné sestry a její předpoklady pro vykonávání tohoto povolání. Dále se věnuji supervizi, jejím funkcím, formám a technikám. Abstract:
The thesis addresses the issue of supervision in the field of nursing. In the thesis, I present supervision as a technique which can lead to burnout syndrome prevention. In the theoretical part I define a profession of a nurse and her precondition for practising the profession. I also pay attention to supervision, its functions, forms and techniques.
