Physiotherapy of handicapped children with Cerebral Palsy - diparetic form

Abstract:

Téma mé bakalářské práce je "Fyzioterapie dětí postižených DMO - diparetická forma". Práce je rozdělena do několika částí. V obecné části se věnuji vývoji CNS, prenatální kineziologii, definuji DMO, seznamuji s její historií, výskytem, etiologií, jejími formami, projevy, diagnostikou a léčbou. Také popisuji psychomotorický vývoj zdravého dítěte i dítěte s DMO. Speciální část je zaměřena na komplexní fyzioterapeutickou léčbu DMO, na popis jednotlivých postupů a metod. Dále se věnuji edukaci dítěte s tímto handicapem a rodinné problematice. Hlavní část práce tvoří kazuistika dítěte se vstupním a výstupním kineziologickým rozborem, který jsem doplnila obsáhlým sběrem anamnestických dat. Stanovila jsem krátkodobý a dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán a popsala průběh terapie. V závěrech hodnotím splnění cílů, úkolů a dosažení praktických výsledků. Práce mě obohatila o teoretické i praktické poznatky, které zajisté využiji ve své budoucí praxi.

Abstract:

The topic of my bachelor thesis is "Physiotherapy of handicapped children with Cerebral Palsy - diparetic form". The work is divided into several parts. In the general part I focus on the development of CNS, prenatal kinesiology, definition of ICP, I acquaint with its history, frequency, etiology, its forms, manifestations, diagnosis and treatment. I also describe psychomotorical development of a healthy child and a child with ICP. Special part is focused on the complex physiotherapy treatment of ICP, description of single physiotherapeutic procedures and methods. I further focus on education of a child with these handicaps and on family issues . The main part of the thesis creates casuistry of a child with the input and output kinesiological analysis which I completed with extensive anamnesis data collection. I defined a short term and a long-term physiotherapeutic plan and described the course of therapy. In the end, I evaluate the objectives and tasks of my thesis. The work enriched me with theoretical and practical findings which I certainly utilize in my future practise.
