Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou sestavování rozpočtového výhledu na úrovni obce. Cílem práce je navrhnout rozpočtový výhled obce Horní Moštěnice na roky 2017 a 2018. Teoretická část popisuje finanční hospodaření obcí v České republice, rozpočet a rozpočtovou skladbu. Diploma thesis deals with the budget outlook on the municipal level. The aim of the thesis is to propose the budget outlook of the municipality Horní Moštěnice for the years 2017 and 2018. The theoretical part describes the financial management of municipalities in the Czech Republic, the budget and the budget structure.
