Psychological stress nad its problems in work of a nurse

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá psychickou zátěží všeobecných sester na chirurgickém a interním pracovišti při práci. V teoretické části jsou popsány role a náplně práce všeobecných sester, dále jsou zde rozebrány základní informace o stresu a psychické zátěži, jejich příčinách a projevech na lidský organismus, zátěže sester při práci, možnosti zvládání stresových situací a informace o relaxaci a relaxačních technikách. Praktická část je tvořena z výsledků dotazníkového šetření provedeného v nemocnicích u všeobecných sester na standardních odděleních. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření jsou zpracovány pomocí tabulek a grafů.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis deals with the work psychical stress of nurses at surgical and internal workplace. The job roles and the job description are described in the theoretical part, there are also some information about the stress and psychical stress, the reasons and the symptoms on the human organism, the nurse´s stress in their work, some ways how to cope up the stress situations and some information about relaxation and relaxation exercise. The practical part is composed of the results of the questionnaire scrimping, which was realized in hospitals in standard departments with the nurses. The results are worked up into the charts and diagrams.
