Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout stroj pro hluboké tažení a provádění zkoušek hlubokotažnosti plechů. Dvojčinný lis s přidržovačem je konstruován na maximální sílu 1,5 MN (z toho 0,7 MN připadá na přidržovač). Lis má umožnit přestrojení na hydraulickou zkoušku, jejíž návrh je taktéž součástí této práce. Dalším cílem je návrh siloměru a jeho uložení pro měření síly na tažném nástroji. Abstract:
The aim of the diploma thesis is to design a machine for deep drawing and testing of sheet metals. A double-acting hydraulic press with a blank holder is designed for a maximum force of 1,5 MN (of which 0,7 MN falls on the holder). The press should enable conversion to hydraulic (bulge) test.
