Complex elementary functions and their properties

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje komplexním elementárním funkcím a jejich vlastnostem. Na začátku textu je uvedena základní teorie, kterou čtenář potřebuje k další orientaci v~práci. První kapitola je věnována komplexním číslům a jejich geometrické interpretaci, další část se zaměřuje obecně na funkce komplexní proměnné, především na vlastnosti holomorfních funkcí a na Cauchyho--Riemannovy rovnice. V~závěru první kapitoly se pojednává o~nekonečných řadách, nejvíce je zde rozebrána teorie mocninných řad a především problematika konvergence. Hlavním pilířem této práce je však druhá kapitola, která se věnuje již zmiňovaným komplexním elementárním funkcím. Postupně jsou zde rozebrány exponenciální, goniometrické a hyperbolické funkce a stručně jsou zmíněny polynom, racionální lomená funkce, $n$-tá mocnina a $n$-tá odmocnina. Závěrečná část se potom věnuje logaritmu, obecné mocnině, cyklometrickým a hyperbolometrickým funkcím. Celou práci doplňují řešené příklady, na konci obou kapitol se nachází také množství úloh k~samostatnému procvičení.

Abstract:

This thesis is dedicated to complex elementary functions and their properties. At~the~beginning the basic theory is presented which is useful for further orientation in the text. The first chapter is focused on complex numbers and their geometric interpretation, the~next part deals with complex functions, mainly the properties of analytic functions and Cauchy-Riemann equations. The last part of the first chapter is focused on functional series, especially the theory of power series and their convergence. However, the second chapter which is dedicated to complex elementary functions is the main part of this thesis. It deeply analyzes exponential, trigonometric and hyperbolic functions and briefly talks about polynomial, rational function, $n$-th power and $n$-th root function. The last part is dedicated to logarithm, general power, cyclometric and hyperbolometric functions. The~whole text is filled with solved examples, at the end of the both chapters there are also many tasks for individual solution.
