Tématem diplomové práce je Překlad textu z oblasti gastronomie s komentářem. Cílem této práce bylo vytvořit adekvátní překlad prozaického textu s obsahem krkonošského nářečí. Součástí práce je i komentář s vybranými překladatelskými problémy. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na tři části: teoretickou, praktickou část a o autorovi knihy a jeho díle. Abstract:
The topic of the diploma thesis is the translation of a text form the field of gastronomy with commentary. The aim of this thesis is to create an adequate translation of a prose text with the content of the Giant Mountains dialect. The thesis also includes a commentary with selected translation problems.
