Cílem předložené rigorózní práce je komparace předpokladů pro výkon funkce rozhodce z pohledu české a polské právní úpravy. Rigorózní práce se v obecné rovině zabývá i obecnou charakteristikou rozhodčího řízení včetně arbitrability sporu v rámci obou komparovaných právních úprav a také osobou rozhodce. The aim of the presented thesis is to compare the prerequisites for the performance of the function of the arbitrator from the point of view of the Czech and Polish legal regulations.
