Abstract:
New â-glucosidase sensitive conjugate of nystatin and several types of esterase or pH sensitive conjugates of prednisolone were prepared and characterized. In the in vitro studies, all the conjugates showed the ability to selectively release the drug in the presence of specific enzyme or pH.
