Biomolecular interactions study using molecular modeling methods
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá interakcí mezi proteiny MAGE-G1 a NSE4, které jsou součástí proteinového komplexu SMC5/6. Jsou zde shrnuty poznatky o MAGE proteinech a jejich interakcích. Stručně jsou zmíněny i informace o SMC5/6 komplexu. Pro studium dané interakce byly použity metody molekulového modelování, které jsou v této práci také popsány.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on interaction between MAGE-G1 and NSE4 proteins, which are part of SMC5/6 multiprotein complex. Findings about MAGE proteins and their interactions are summarized here. Informations about SMC5/6 complex are briefly mentioned. The interaction was studied using molecular modeling methods, which are also described in this thesis.
