The bachelor's thesis focuses on wiretapping and recording of telecommunications traffic. Part of the work is an outline of basic human rights and freedoms in the field of this issue, the historical development of wiretapping from a technical and legal point of view and its current anchoring in the legislation of the Czech Republic.
