V této bakalářské práci byl sledován vliv endogenního inhibitoru synthasy oxidu dusnatého, asymetrického dimethylargininu, na fyziologickou odpověď makrofágů v klidovém a zánětlivém stavu. Práce byla zaměřena především na sledování produkce oxidu dusnatého in vitro buněčnou linií peritoneálních makrofágů RAW 264.7 a makrofágů izolovaných z kostní dřeně myší. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis was focused on the effect of endogenous nitric oxide synthase inhibitor, asymmetric dymethylarginine, on physiological response of resting macropahges and macrophages activated by bacterial endotoxin.
