V teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na sepsi a podobné pojmy, se kterými se v této problematice můžeme setkat, na nejčastější původce sepse, jejich diagnostiku v mikrobiologické laboratoři a léčbu. Podrobně jsem rozpracovala problematiku hemokultivace jako základního a nejdůležitějšího postupu v diagnostice sepse. Abstract:
In the theoretic segment I focused on sepsis and similar terms that we can encounter, the most common agents of sepsis, their diagnosis in a laboratory, the treatment and hemocultures, which are the essential component.
