Abstract:

Téma bakalářské práce „Jednotlivé dědické tituly“ je věnováno nejvýraznějším změnám v oblasti dědického práva, které s sebou přineslo zavedení nového občanského zákoníku. Cílem této práce je poskytnout dostatek informací tak, aby i neznalý čtenář věděl, co vše je spojeno s dědictvím, jaké jsou základní pojmy z této právní oblasti a také z oblasti dědických vztahů, jimiž se zabývá každý z nás, ať už nyní či v budoucnu. V obsahu této práce je věnována pozornost dědickému titulu – závěť (dědění na základě závěti – testamentární posloupnost). Závěr je věnován základním rozdílům v nové a staré právní úpravě dědického práva.

Abstract:

Thesis topic "Individual titles Inheritance" is dedicated to the most significant changes in the law of succession, which brought with it the introduction of the new Civil Code. The aim of this work is to provide enough information so that even the ignorant reader knew what everything relates to the heritage, what are the basic concepts of this field of law and in the area of successions, which deals with each of us, either now or in the future. The content of this work is devoted to inheritance title - a will (inheritance under a will - testamentary succession). The conclusion is devoted to basic differences in the old and new legislation inheritance rights.
