Reimbursement of Travel Expenses Regulatedy by the Labour Code

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je rozbor a popis cestovních náhrad upravených zákonem č. 262/2006 Sb., zákoník práce, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Práce se zabývá analýzou jednotlivých cestovních náhrad týkající se jízdních výdajů, jízdních výdajů k návštěvě člena rodiny, výdajů za ubytování, zvýšených stravovacích výdajů, nutných vedlejších výdajů také náhradami při zahraniční pracovní cestě, náhrady při výkonu práce v zahraničí a dalších. Jsou uváděny rozdíly při poskytování těchto náhrad zaměstnavateli ze státní a rozpočtové sféry a zaměstnavateli z podnikatelské sféry.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to analyze and describe the concept of the reimbursement of travel expenses set out in Act No. 262/2006 Coll., Labour Code, as amended. This thesis deals with the analysis of the reimbursement of travel expenses, travel expenses incurred in connection with a family member’s visit, accommodation expenses, increased meal costs, necessary incidental expenses, and the reimbursement of foreign business trips, compensation for working abroad, etc. The thesis also describes the differences regarding the provision of such reimbursement by employers from the state and budgetary spheres and employers from the business sphere.
