Analysis of outsourcing effectiveness of data entry (data cleansing) at import consignments

Abstract:

První kapitola této práce se zaměřuje na obecnou charakteristiku společnosti DHL. Druhá kapitola se zabývá analýzou efektivnosti outsourcingu data entry u importních zásilek. V poslední části práce jsou navržena řešení jako reakce na výsledky analýzy efektivnosti outsourcingu data entry.

Abstract:

The first part of this work focuses on general characteristics of DHL. The second part deals with analysis of outsourcing of data entry at import consignments. The last section of the work contains solutions as a reaction to the result of analysis of outsourcing effectiveness of data entry.
