Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se v první polovině zabývá majetkovým právem v jednotlivých podobách manželství, jeho proměnou v čase a jednotlivými instituty darování mezi manžely. Druhou a podstatnou část práce tvoří koncept věna, jeho podoby, okolnosti vzniku, zániku a nároků z něj plynoucí. Celá práce se zakládá na původních pramenech práva v komparaci se soudobou světovou právní literaturou.
Abstract:
In the first half this thesis deals with the law of property, especially between the various forms of marriage, its transformations in time and the various institutes of donations between spouses. The main part of the thesis is focused on dowry, its individual forms, the circumstances of its creation, termination and the claims arising from it.
