Assessment of Speed in Young Football Players of the Sigma Olomouc Sports Club

Abstract:

V diplomové práci se pokoušíme zjistit, jak rychle lze zvýšit, případně udržet schopnost nervosvalového systému vyvíjet maximálně rychlou a koordinovanou práci svalů při provádění běžeckého pohybu ve fotbalu. Vypracováním konceptuálního rámce specifického tréninku jsme zachytili základní aspekty evaluace rychlosti. Soustředili jsme se jednak na pohybová dynamická explozivní cvičení, která jsou rozhodující pro výkon v akcelerační fázi sprintu a jednak na méně podstatnou schopnost, udržet maximální rychlost spadající do úseku přibližně 30 m. Vycházíme z odborných rešerší i praktických zkušeností, že rychlostní úsek fotbalisty je velmi krátký ≤ 20 m (většina sprintů je přibližně 10 m s dobou trvání ≤ 2 s). Do běžného 6týdenního (2 třítýdenních mezocyklů) tréninku fotbalistů tak zařazujeme 5x týdně speciální intervenční cvičení na rozvoj sprintu, s důrazem na akcelerační a maximální rychlost. Trénink rychlostních schopností výrazně podporujeme doplňkovými vnějšími zátěžemi na rozvoj síly, nebo pohybovými aktivitami na základě flexibility a koordinace.

Abstract:

In the diploma thesis we try to find out how fast it is possible to increase or maintain the ability of the neuromuscular system to develop the rapid and coordinated work of the muscles during the running motion in football. We proceed from background researches as well as practical experience that the high speed section of the footballer is very short ≤ 20 m (most sprints are approximately 10 m with duration of ≤ 2 s). We include special intervention exercises (5 times a week) in a normal six-week footballers´ training (2 three-week mesocycles) to improve the sprint with an emphasis on the acceleration and maximum speed. The speed training is strongly supported by additional external loads for the development of strength or by the movement activities based on flexibility and coordination. The specific speed training is focused on movement exercises that are decisive for the performance in the acceleration phase of the sprint on the one hand and for the less substantial ability in footballers to keep the maximum speed within a section of approximately 30 m on the other hand.
