Tato diplomová práce se zabývá aplikací nových typů aktivních směrových vzorkovačů ovzduší a vzorkovačů atmosférické depozice na pozaďových lokalitách v České republice. Získané vzorky byly analyzovány na široké spektrum toxických látek. Úvodní část je věnována charakteristice vzorkovací metodiky a projektů, v jejichž rámci byly vzorky odebírány. This master’s thesis deals with application of the new types of directional active samplers of ambient air and samplers of atmospheric deposition on the background sites in the Czech Republic and the analysis of a wide spectrum of toxic substances in all collected samples.
