Práce se zaměřuje na netriviální problém tvorby zápisu biologických procesů a anotaci doménově specifických matematických modelů těchto procesů. This thesis targets a problem in the precise description of biological processes and the annotation of domain specific mathematical models. Its aim was to precisely define a form of biochemical space (BCS) as a formal language and data model and to propose a methodology which would describe how this space can be used for the annotation of mathematical models.
