Influence of selected elements of agrotechnics on malting barley grain quality

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma „Vliv vybraných prvků agrotechniky na kvalitu zrna sladovnického ječmene“ se věnuje vlivu přípravku Speciál pro jarní ječmen od firmy Agro Group a. s. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsáno složení zrna ječmene, růstové a vývojové fáze a především faktory, které ovlivňují růst a vývoj ječmene a kvalitu zrna. V praktické části práce byly založeny maloparcelní pokusy ječmene jarního. Na třinácti parcelách byla prováděna aplikace Speciál pro JJ v různých intervalech a dávkování. Po sklizni bylo provedeno vyhodnocení získaných parametrů zrna ječmene. V pokusu bylo zkoumáno chemické složení půdy, výnos, objemová hmotnost, podíl předního zrna, podíl zrna nad sítem a pod sítem, hmotnost tisí-ce zrn, obsah dusíkatých látek a obsah škrobu. Bylo zjištěno, že pro největší výnos a podíl škrobu je vhodné aplikaci přípravku provádět v pozdnějších fázích růstu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis "Influence of selected elements of agrotechnics on malting barley grain quality" deals with the influence of the product Special for spring barley from Agro Group a. S. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the composition of barley grain, growth and development phases and especially the factors that affect the growth and development of barley and grain quality. In the practical part of the work were established small-scale trials of spring barley. Special for spring barely was applied to thirteen plots at various intervals and dosing. After harvest, the obtained parameters of barley grain were evaluated. In the experiment, the chemical composition of the soil, the yield, the bulk density, the proportion of front grain, the proportion of grain above and below the sieve, the weight of a thousand grains, the nitrogen content and the starch content were exami-ned. It has been found that for the greatest yield and proportion of starch it is advisable to apply the preparation in later growth stages.
