Designing an Integrated Security System for Security Purposes of a Speedway Stadium

Abstract:

V této diplomové práci se věnuji návrhu efektivního zabezpečení plochodrážního stadionu z pohledu zabezpečení majetku a vybavení, tak i organizační struktuře a bezpečnosti ná-vštěvníků. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na popis základních systémů zabezpečení ob-jektů z hlediska legislativního a také způsoby návrhů. Popisuje funkce elektronické požární signalizace, poplachových zabezpečovacích a tísňových systémů, přístupového systému a kamerovým systémům. Praktická část práce se zabývá charakteristickými znaky objektu jeho popisem a využitím. Je zde navrženo komplexní zabezpečení stadionu s ohledem na provozní režim a pořádané závodní akce, kde je brán ohled i na příchozí diváky. Na závěr je stanovena orientační ce-nová kalkulace a přínos navrhovaného řešení.

Abstract:

The master thesis is devoted to effective purpose for security of speedway stadium from the view of property protection , equipement, organizational structure and spectators. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the description of basic systems of security of objects in terms of legislative and ways of design as well. It describes the functions of electronic fire alarm, alarm security and emergency systems, access system and camera sys-tems. The practical part of thesis deals with the characteristic features of the object by its descrip-tion and utilization. There is proposed comprehensive stadium security with regard to ope-rating mode and organized racing events where incoming viewers are also considered. Fina-lly, an indicative cost calculation and the benefits of the proposed solution are set.
