Hlavním cílem této práce je příprava práškových plniv oxidu zinečnatého ZnO a oxidu zinečnatého se stříbrem Ag-ZnO a kompozitních materiálů s antibakteriální účinností. Teoretická část se zabývá vlastnostmi, toxicitou, a interakcemi výše zmíněných práškových plniv s lidským organismem, a s životním prostředím. The main aim of this study was a preparation of powdered fillers of zinc oxide and zinc oxide with silver and also composite materials with antibacterial efficiency.
