Project of seeking, selection and integration of the field staff of the company XY

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je zaměřit se na personální řízení, vyhledávání, výběr a zapracování obchodních zástupců ve společnosti XY. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány jednotlivé činnosti personálního řízení, zdroje, proces a metody vyhledávání pracovníků, metody a zásady výběru pracovníků a adaptace a zapracování pracovníků. V praktické části se zaměřuji na konkrétní činnosti ve společnosti. Na základě provedené analýzy jsou navržena opatření ke zlepšení vyhledávání, výběru a zapracování obchodních zástupců.

Abstract:

The diploma project is focused on the personnel management, seeking, selecting, adaptation and integration of the field staff of the company XY. The theoretical part informs about all the parts of the personnel management, the resource, the process and the principles and methods of seeking and selecting of the field staff and also their adaptation and integration. The practical part describes the concrete activities in the company. On the basis of the present state analyse there were suggested some steps for improvement the process of seeking, selecting, adaptation and integration of the field staff.
