Abstract:

V mé bakalářské práci se zabývám tématem komunikačních dovedností v praxi. Konkrétně komunikačními dovednostmi ve volném čase. Cílem je zjistit projevy rodičovského ega v komunikaci skautských vedoucích pracující s dětmi mladšího školního věku. V teoretické části popisuji komunikaci a její složky a také se zmiňuji o osobnosti pedagoga volného času. Praktická část uvádí vybrané metody sběru dat, tedy pozorování jako hlavní metodu a rozhovor jako doplňkovou. Dále v této části uvádím nástin samotného výzkumu.

Abstract:

In my Bachelor's Thesis I deal with communication skills practically, concretely with the communication skills in the leisure time. The goal of my work is to find the manifestations of the parental ego in the communication of the Scout Leaders working with younger school age children. In the theoretical part I describe communication, its components and I also talk about the personality of the leisure time pedagogue. The practical part presents selected methods of the data acquisition, particularly observing as the main method and interview as the complementary method. Further in this part I present the sketch of the research.
