Abstract:
Diplomová práce Struktura právní vědy se zabývá tématem struktury právní vědy a aktuálních témat, které s touto problematikou souvisí. Práce prezentuje zejména různé historické pohledy na právní vědy, její současný stav v České republice, problematiku europeizace práva, právního formalismu a podobně. Významnou součástí práce jsou vlastní návrhy de lege ferenda.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis The Structure of Legal Science deals with the topic of the structure of legal science and current topics related to this issue. The thesis mainly presents various historical views on legal sciences, its current state in the Czech Republic, the issue of Europeanization of law, legal formalism and the like. An important part of the work are their own proposals de lege ferenda.
