Design of Chainsaw Side Cover

Abstract:

Hlavním úkolem bakalářské práce je navrhnout boční kryt startovacího zařízení motorové pily. Teoretická část je v první části zaměřena na historii motorových pil, dále se pokračuje rozdělením motorových pil a popisem jednotlivých hlavních částí motorové pily. Na konci teoretické části je popsáno startovací zařízení, včetně popisu možných poruch, které mohou nastat při jeho používání. Praktická část je zaměřena na samotnou konstrukci startovacího zařízení. První fáze je zaměřena na konstrukci bočního krytu startovacího zařízení. Dále se pokračuje konstrukcí rukojeti, kde jsou na výběr dvě varianty, a konstrukcí dalších součástí, jako jsou lanová kladka, osa lanové kladky, vratná pružina a západky. V závěru praktické části jsou popsány výhody a nevýhody této konstrukce.

Abstract:

The main task of this bachelor thesis is to design a chain saw side cover with starter mech-anism. The first section of theoretical part is about history of the chain saws, about the types of chain saws and description of the main parts of a chain saw. At the end of the theoretical part is described starter mechanism. Practical part contains the design of starter mechanism. The first part is focused on a design of chain saw side cover. Two variants of a design of a starter grip follows, and then there is presented a design of others components such as rope pulley, rope pulley axis and a return spring. Finally, the advantages and dis-advantages of this design are discussed at the end of practical the part.
