Tato práce je zaměřena na HR oblast podniku, konkrétně její strategické řízení a měření přínosů její činnosti. V teoretické části čerpá práce především ze zahraniční literatury a rozebírá tradiční a nová pojetí HR práce. This thesis focuses on Human Resources in a company, it' s strategic managing and measuring it's contribution to the business. In theoretical part the main source is foreign literature and it analyses traditional and new conceptions of HR.
