Abstract:
The primary subject of this master's thesis is the structural analysis of the Slovak sketch series S.O.S., Kredenc and Pumpa. Using the tools of serial poetics, it explores the ways in which the writing team has gradually come to terms with the need to add linearity and continuity to such a diverse and non-linear form of entertainment as sketch comedy. Primárnym predmetom tejto magisterskej práce je štruktúrna analýza slovenských skečových seriálov S.O.S., Kredenc a Pumpa. Pomocou nástrojov seriálovej poetiky skúma spôsoby, akými sa autorský tím postupne vyrovnával s nutnosťou dodať linearitu a kontinuitu do tak rozmanitej a nelineárnej formy zábavy, akou je skečová komédia.
