Business Plan for Small and Medium Enterprises – Providing Safe Ski Courses for Students
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu včetně posouzení jeho relizovatelnosti. Nejprve je seataven podnikatelský plán, kde každá jeho část zkoumá specifickou oblast dané problematiky. Pomocí řady analýz a posouzením vzájemných souvislostí je poté rozhodnuto, zda by měl být podnikatelský plán realizován, nebo ne.
Abstract:
The goal of the thesis is to create a business plan including feasibility judgement. The business plan is formed first. Every single part is dealing with a very specific area of the topic. Applying broad range of analyses and assessing mutual interactions it is decided if the business plan should be converted into practice or not.
