Evaluation of perspectives for business activities in the field of confectionery products

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zjištění potenciálu nově zakládané firmy prostřednictvím zpracování podnikatelského plánu, tedy vyhodnocení, zda je nebo není výhodné firmu zakládat. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy z oblasti podnikání a jednotlivé formy podnikání. Dále teoretická část obsahuje popis jednotlivých částí podnikatelského plánu. V praktické části bakalářské práce je představena společnost MIRROR DONUTS, s.r.o. a vypracován podnikatelský plán společnosti. V rámci podnikatelského plánu byla provedena analýza prostředí společnosti, prostřednictvím Porterova modelu pěti sil, analýzy konkurence, zákazníků a SWOT analýzy. Analýza zákazníků byla provedena prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. V praktické části jsou také popsány produkty společnosti a vypracován marketingový mix. Dále jev praktické části vypracován finanční plán a analýza rizik. V závěru práce je provedeno zhodnocení potenciálu firmy na základě provedených analýz.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on finding out the potential of a newly established company through the elaboration of a business plan, ie evaluation of whether or not it is advantageous to establish the company. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of business and various forms of businesses. Furthermore, the theoretical part contains a description of individual parts of the business plan. The practical part of the bachelor thesis presents the company MIRROR DONUTS, s.r.o. and a developed business plan for the company. As part of the business plan, an analysis of the company's environment was performed, using Porter's model of the five forces, analysis of competition, customers and SWOT analysis. The analysis of customers was performed through a questionnaire survey. The practical part also describes the company's products and a developed marketing mix. Furthermore, the practical part includes a developed financial plan and risk analysis. At the end of the work the potential of the company is evaluated based on the analysis.
