Respounse time of a car driver in dependence of odour presence

Abstract:

Tato práce je zaměřena na reakční odezvu řidiče za přítomnosti stavů rušení (pach, hluk a jejich vzájemná kombinace). V první části je pojednáváno o fyziologických smyslových orgánech člověka, čichu a sluchu. Dále způsobu jejich měření a posouzení správné funkce. V druhé části je popsáno vlastní měření reakční doby řidiče, pomocí vhodných statistických metod zpracování naměřených údajů a jejich následné vyhodnocení.

Abstract:

This work is focused on driver's response time in the presence of various disturbing states (odour, noise and their combination). The first part of work deals with human physiological sense organs - sense of smell and hearing. It deals also with their measuring and right function assessment. In the second part there is described measuring of driver's response time, processing of measured data and their subsequent evaluation by suitable statistic methods.
