Unfounded Enrichment
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá institutem bezdůvodného obohacení a jeho problematikou. Zaměřuje se primárně na stručnou charakteristiku skutkových podstat, vznik závazkového vztahu z bezdůvodného obohacení a dále pak nárokem na jeho vydání a promlčení. Nemalou částí se věnuje i historickému vývoji zmiňovaného institutu.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis deals with the Institute of unjust enrichment and its issues. It focuses primarily on a brief characterization of the facts of unjust enrichment, the formation of a contractual relationship of unjust enrichment and then claim for its release and limitation period. A considerable part deals with the historical development and the aforementioned institute.
