Diplomová práce ze zabývá pojetím trestného činu v nově přijatém trestním zákoníku. Práce popisuje obecná východiska pojetí trestného činu, poté se zabývá historickým vývojem pojetí od formálního přes materiální a materiálně-formální až k rekodifikačním snahám po roce 1990, obsahuje i srovnání v evropském kontextu. The thesis focuses on the conception of the crime in the new Criminal Code. The thesis describes general ground of the conception of the crime, then focuses on the historical evolution of the conception, from the formal, through material and material-formal, to the recodification efforts after 1990, includes an european overview too.
