Virtual Property
Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na existenci vlastnického práva v prostředí informačních technologií. Zabývá se obsahem pojmu virtuální vlastnictví, jakožto formy vlastnictví, která se vyskytuje pouze v kyberprostoru a snaží se odpovědět na otázku zda, a za jakých podmínek by k němu právo mělo přistupovat stejně jako k vlastnictví tradičnímu.
Abstract:
This study is aimed at existence of property in information technologies. It focuses on the concept meaning of virtual property as a kind of property existing only in cyberspace and it aspires to answer the question whether, and uder which conditions should the law recognize its existence and equalize it with traditional property.
