Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na péči o provozní zaměstnance společnosti České dráhy. Týká se profesí osobní pokladník, vlakvedoucí (průvodčí) a informátor osobní přepravy. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní pojmy, co se týče personálního řízení, motivace a vzdělávání. This bachelor thesis is focused on the care of the operative employees of the Czech railways company. It focuses on the employees working as cash desk clerk, information office clerk and train conductor. The theoretical part includes basic concepts of personal management, motivation and education.
