Abstract:
Téma mé práce je {\clqq}Ochrana osobních údajů se zaměřením na praxi u Ministerstva vnitra``. Zabývám se ochranou osobních údajů, analyzuji vývoj ochrany lidských práv, dále analyzuji obecně platnou právní úpravu a její vývoj. Zároveň poukazuji na nutnost existence právního rámce v této oblasti. Část své práce zaměřuji na ochranu osobních údajů v resortu Ministerstva vnitra a Policie ČR.
Abstract:
The topic of my bachelor paper is {\clqq}The personal data protection with the view to field of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech republic ``. I deal with the personal data protection, I provide the analysis of the human rights protection development and the analysis of law.
