Hlavním cílem této práce bylo identifikovat rizika ve vybraném podniku a případně navrhnout zlepšení jejich řízení. Pro tuto práci byla vybrána malá stavební firma BB building sanace s. r. o. se sídlem v Praze. Práce je dělena do tří částí.
